New Personalized Dashboard
A buyer will land on their personalized Dashboard immediately upon login, surfacing relevant tutorials, notifications, content, offers, service checklists, and more, based on their activity and the activity of their teammates.
Updated Requests Page
A buyer can navigate to the Requests tab to see the entirety of requests they made or were made for their company by their VentureApp business advisor and/or by their coworkers and improve transparency between team members.
On the Requests tab, a buyer can also now better distinguish, organize and prioritize requests based on whether a request is in progress on hold, or finished.
New Services Experience
A buyer can now browse and navigate options for vendor requests on their personalized Services tab. If a buyer already works with a vendor for a certain service category, they can fill in who they work with and how much they pay to help their VentureApp Business Advisor surface custom recommendations to save money with their services.
Improved Chat Functionality
Last but not least, buyers will experience an improved Chat function, based on direct feedback we’ve received from users. Now, buyers can filter their messages with VentureApp and vendors by request topic, or filter them into one stream, so that buyers can avoid multiple threads with the same person.
Intelligent Search Bar
An intelligent Search function is available for buyers to search for and submit requests for services and vendors.
